Stan Petrov – Founder & Legal Expert
With a background in Law from the Varna University, Stan Petrov has been at the forefront of the Bulgarian real estate market for over 15 years. His career began in 2004, at the dawn of international interest in the Bulgarian property sector, giving him an unparalleled understanding of the market’s evolution and idiosyncrasies.
Stan’s expertise spans the entire property lifecycle, including negotiation, legal due diligence, property refurbishment, and asset management. In 2006, he further honed his skills in real estate brokerage in Mobile, Alabama, USA, before returning to Bulgaria to lead sales for a top-tier local firm.
In 2008, Stan launched Bulgarian Real Estates to provide a bespoke, client-focused approach to property. Combining his legal expertise with extensive market experience, he ensures that every transaction is secure, transparent, and hassle-free.
Stan is fluent in Bulgarian, English, and Russian.
