Stan Petrov

Graduated from the Varna University in the law pathway, Stan started his real estate career more than 15 years ago as a real estate agent.

His tasks consisted in negotiation, purchase, refurbishing and sale of the properties, since 2004, when the Bulgarain property market was discovered from foreing property buyers.

Such tasks imply a substantial knowledge of the law, real estate managing, and the market idiosyncrasy.

In 2006 he specialized real estate brokarage in United States, Mobile city, AL, leading him to be the sales manager for an important firm of the field, after his return to Bulgaria.

In 2008 he started his solitary path which finally led to the creation of Bulgarian Real Estates, a firm specialized in real estate customized solutions, based in Bulgaria.

Stan can speak Bulgarian, English and Russian.
